The service
Optivise uses AI to create posts, designs, captions, posting schedules and ad campaigns, and publishes them to the accounts you connect.
Your account
You are responsible for your login details and for everything done from your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
Subscription and credits
- Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Viva (viva.com). Prices on the site exclude VAT; 24% VAT is added at checkout. Your card is charged automatically every month on the same day until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a number of credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Delivery: the service is digital and is activated electronically right after payment; nothing is shipped.
- Cancellation: cancel any time with one click on the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. Plan changes apply from the next renewal.
- Refunds: a month that has already started is not refunded, because the service and credits are provided immediately. If you were charged by mistake or twice, email info@optivise.gr and we refund the amount to your card within 14 days.
- If a monthly charge fails we retry for 3 days; after that the subscription ends.
Meta ads
- Meta campaigns need a separate monthly Ads package (Ads Start €19, Ads Grow €39, Ads Pro €89 + 24% VAT), independent of the content plans. Ads Start: 1 active campaign and PDF reports; Ads Grow: up to 3 plus emailed reports; Ads Pro: up to 6 plus lead campaigns. We take no commission on ad spend.
- Cancelling the Ads package takes effect at the end of the month you paid for; your campaigns are then paused automatically.
- Campaigns run in your own ad account. Meta bills the ad spend directly to your card, and it is not included in your Optivise subscription.
- You approve every campaign before it starts. You are responsible for following Meta's advertising policies, and Meta may reject or stop ads.
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. sales or leads).
Content
- Content you create with Optivise is yours. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service.
- AI can make mistakes. Review every post and campaign before it goes live, especially prices, offers and claims.
- You may not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal, misleading or offensive.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services (e.g. Meta, Instagram, Metricool).
Termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time as described on the Data deletion page.
