1. Request deletion

• Email info@optivise.gr from your account email with the subject "Data deletion".
• We reply with a confirmation and a request code. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

2. Remove access from Facebook

• On Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
• Find Optivise and click Remove. We immediately lose access to your pages and ad accounts.

What gets deleted

• Your account, brands, posts, designs, images, schedules, social connections, Meta data (pages, ad accounts, campaigns, leads) and statistics.
• Campaigns and posts already published stay in your Meta accounts, where you can manage or delete them.
• We keep only what the law requires, e.g. invoices for tax purposes.
